The HALDEX ADJUSTER-BRAKE KW, 10 SPL, 5.5" automatically maintains proper clearance between the brake shoes and drum as the brake linings wear, ensuring consistent braking performance. It features a 1.5-inch diameter with 10 splines, a 5.5-inch arm length, and a strap-style anchor bracket. Equipped with a clearance-sensing mechanism to prevent over-adjustment, the sealed and pre-lubricated components resist corrosion and promote long service life. This adjuster is commonly used on the drive axles of heavy-duty trucks, including Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Navistar International models.
