Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • UPS Ground – Standard delivery for eligible orders.

  • UPS Next Day Air – Expedited shipping for customers who need parts delivered quickly.

Both UPS options are available for shipments to addresses located in:

  • Ohio

  • Michigan

  • Indiana

  • West Virginia

  • Kentucky

  • Pennsylvania

  • Texas

  • Rhode Island

  • Iowa

  • New Jersey

Tracking Order Status

  • Customers will receive a UPS tracking number via email once their order ships.

  • Order status can be checked anytime by visiting: ohiopeterbilt.com/account/orders

Local Delivery in Ohio

Ohio Peterbilt also offers local delivery within a 50-mile radius of any of our 10 Ohio locations. This service is available for orders shipping to addresses located within the state of Ohio only.

Free In-Store Pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup at any of our 10 Ohio Peterbilt locations. Customers selecting this option will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Processing Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times vary based on the chosen UPS service and destination.

  • Local deliveries are scheduled promptly, and our team will notify you once the order is out for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.

  • While Ohio Peterbilt is not responsible for delays or issues once UPS has possession of your order, our team will gladly help file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.

  • Local delivery is limited to qualifying Ohio addresses within 50 miles of one of our locations.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for shipping and delivery.

  • Delivery times may be impacted by weather, holidays, or supply chain issues outside of our control.
