- UPS Shipping: We ship via UPS to customers in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
- Local Delivery: We provide local delivery to any business located within 50 miles of one of our locations.
- In-Store Pickup: You can pick up your order at any of our ten Ohio Peterbilt locations.
- Oversized Parts: These parts are only available for local delivery within 50 miles of one of our locations or in-store pick-up. If you'd like to schedule other delivery options, please contact us at (440) 586-4528.
Standard Returns (Stock Items) Ohio Peterbilt accepts returns of stock truck parts within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are new, unused, and in resaleable condition with original packaging and all components intact. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice should accompany the return to verify the purchase date.
