1. Sponsor:
This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ohio Machinery Co., DBA Ohio Peterbilt, 900 Ken Mar Industrial Parkway, Broadview Heights, OH 44147 (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on November 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight) EST and ends on December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

Are legal residents of the United States;

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
4. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
5. How to Enter:
Entrants may enter via the method described in the original promotion. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without using the online method, mail a handwritten 3”×5” card with your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025 and received by December 5, 2025.

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Odds:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
8. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be contacted via the method used to enter (email, social media message, etc.) within 7 days of the drawing.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond within the required time, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize will be shipped only to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.
9. Publicity Release:
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind related to participation, prize acceptance, or use of the Prize.
11. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and for contacting the winner, and will not be shared or sold, except as necessary for prize fulfillment or as required by law.
13. Governing Law:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
