OHIO PETERBILT “VIP MEET & GREET” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
Ohio Machinery Co., an Ohio corporation, d/b/a Ohio Peterbilt (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Name
Ohio Peterbilt “VIP Meet & Greet” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of the United States of America and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent/affiliates/subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and those living in the same household are not eligible.
4. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
5. How to Enter
You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period using either method below. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
A) Online Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit https://ohiopeterbilt.com/etna-sweepstakes and complete the entry form with the required information (e.g., name, email, phone).
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
B) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) — Mail-In (Required)
To enter without using the online method, hand-print your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 19, 2026, and received by June 22, 2026.
6. Prize(s)
Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) VIP tickets to an exclusive meet-and-greet with Heavy D and Diesel Dave at Ohio Peterbilt’s Etna Grand Opening event on July 29, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET (the “Event”).
Total winners: 3. Total VIP tickets awarded: 6 (2 per winner).
Important Conditions:
- Winner and guest must be able to attend the Event at the specified time.
- Transportation to/from the Event and any other costs (parking, meals, lodging, incidentals, etc.) are **solely the responsibility of the winner.
- Guests may be required to sign a liability/publicity release (where permitted) as a condition of participation.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.
7. Winner Selection / Odds
On or about June 22, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification / Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry within a reasonable time after the drawing.
To claim a prize, each potential winner may be required to:
- Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification; and/or
- Provide government-issued photo ID and proof of residency.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return required documents on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner by random drawing (time permitting).
9. Publicity / Photo & Media Release
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to be photographed and/or recorded at the Event and grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city/state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and social media purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may require winners (and guests) to sign a separate, more detailed publicity release.
10. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
11. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with prize receipt or use.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
13. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Sponsor be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
15. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
16. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices. Sponsor will use information for Sweepstakes administration, winner notification, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules.
