1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   The Ohio Peterbilt 2024 Trucking Survey Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Ohio Peterbilt, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am EST on July 8, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on July 31, 2024 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the 2024 Ohio Peterbilt Trucking Survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5JK8ZXZ), available online during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE
   One (1) winner will receive a $500 Ohio Peterbilt service gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on August 5, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

8. PUBLICITY
   Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
   By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ohio Peterbilt, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prize.

10. DISPUTES
    Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Ohio. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. PRIVACY
    Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

12. SPONSOR
    The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Ohio Peterbilt, 900 Ken Mar Industrial Pkwy, Broadview Heights, OH 44147.

For a copy of these Official Rules or the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Ohio Peterbilt at the address above ATTENTION MARKETING. Requests must be received by August 31, 2024.
