OHIO PETERBILT 2026 CALENDAR

PHOTO CHALLENGE OFFICIAL RULES

  1. SPONSOR
    The Ohio Peterbilt 2026 Calendar Photo Challenge (“Contest”) is sponsored by Ohio Peterbilt, a division of Ohio Machinery Co. (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s address is 900 Ken Mar Industrial Pkwy, Broadview Heights, OH 44147.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    • Who May Enter: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

    • Eligible Trucks: Only photographs featuring a Peterbilt truck will be accepted.

    • Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and Contest judges, and members of their immediate families or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

  3. HOW TO ENTER

    • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

    • Entry Period: The Contest begins on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

    • Submission Requirements:

      1. Submit a photograph featuring a Peterbilt truck.

      2. All photographs must be submitted in a horizontal (landscape) orientation.

      3. Ensure you are the owner of the photograph or otherwise have full rights/permission to submit the image.

      4. By submitting, you certify and represent that the photograph is your original work and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

    • Submission Method: Submit your photograph electronically via the official entry from at ohiopeterbilt.com/calendar. Entries will not be accepted via any other method unless explicitly stated.

  4. LICENSE AND RIGHTS GRANTED
    By entering, entrant (i) certifies that he/she is the owner of the submitted photograph or otherwise has the right or permission to submit it; (ii) grants Ohio Peterbilt and its parent company, Ohio Machinery Co., a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from the submitted photograph, along with the entrant’s name and company affiliation, for marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional consideration or notification.

  5. PRIZES

    • Calendar Month Winner: Twelve (12) winners will be selected to have their photographs featured in the 2026 Ohio Peterbilt calendar. Each of these winners will also receive a Peterbilt brand pullover jacket (approximate retail value: $50).

    • Cover Winner: One (1) entrant will be selected as the cover photo winner and will receive:

      1. A $250 Ohio Peterbilt gift card, which can be used for purchases at OhioPeterbilt.com.

      2. The company that owns the truck featured on the cover will also receive a $500 sponsored prize event from Ohio Peterbilt.

    • No Cash Value: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other value.

    • Prize Delivery: All prizes will be awarded by December 31, 2025.

  6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

    • Judging: All eligible entries will be reviewed and judged by Ohio Peterbilt’s Vice President, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

    • Selection Criteria: The judge will choose winners based on the overall quality of the photograph, originality, and the extent to which it captures the spirit of Peterbilt trucks, as determined in the judge’s sole discretion.

    • Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on or before October 31, 2025. Winning photos will be published on OhioPeterbilt.com.

    • Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided upon entry. If a potential winner does not respond or fails to claim the prize within the time frame specified in the notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    • Compliance with Laws: This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

    • Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

    • Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release Ohio Peterbilt, Ohio Machinery Co., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest.

    • Technical Issues: Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may prevent an entry from being received or considered.

    • Right to Modify or Cancel: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

    • Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of the Contest.

  8. PRIVACY
    Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, you consent to the Sponsor’s use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Contest and for any other purposes as outlined in these Official Rules.

  9. WINNERS LIST
    A list of winners will be posted on OhioPeterbilt.com by December 31, 2025, or shortly thereafter.
